An Annual Meeting of the Membership is held in January of each year.
The annual meeting is held each year to elect your Board of Directors and perform other business of the Association. It is important that all members attend this meeting or send their proxy so this meeting can be held. A quorum is required to be present at this meeting – so we count on your participation.
Board Meetings are held as necessary once sometimes twice a month.
By visiting the What’s Happening page you can view the community calendar to learn of upcoming meetings and events. State law requires that some meetings be posted by sign or written notice. Meetings are open to all members and residents of the Association.

myHomeSpot.com can help community homeowners rent the home to qualified tenants and manage the property to keep it looking its best. Members in the community are entitled to a 20% discount of rental services and receive other special incentives. If you are buying a home in this community, make sure you obtain a proper estoppel certificate and membership registration at time of closing. Contact our office with any questions.

Your closing agent will need an Estoppel document in most cases when you sell or refinance. Please select the “Get Closing Form (Estoppel)” link at the bottom of this page to submit that request to our office staff. Payment for that document is required when ordered.
