A Professionally Managed Association
I, the undersigned choose to host and participate in a sport or activity on the premises of The Moors Golf and Racquet Club Homeowners Association, Inc. (the “Association”). I understand that there are risks with engaging in any activity or engaged in such sport or activity on the premises of the Association. I am voluntarily and knowingly choosing to host and participate in a sport of activity at the Association understanding that these risks exist. I hereby waive any and all claims, damages, causes, causes of action, suits, judgments and remedies, at law or in equity, that I or my personal representatives, heirs, beneficiaries, successors, or assigns, may thereafter have against the Association, it officers, directors, employees and agents, for losses or damages of any kind, including those arising due to negligence by the Association, it officers, directors, employees and agents, that I may sustain while participating in any activity or sport on the premises of the Association. I will indemnify the Association, it officers, directors, employees and agents for any legal action of any kind asserted by anyone else for damage to person or property caused by me, my family members, or my invitees or guests. In consideration of these terms, a deposit shall be paid to the Association along with a rental fee. It is understood the deposit shall be refunded only in the event the premises are returned in satisfactory discretion at the sole discretion of the management company and all policies and procedures having been abided. I have the read and will abide by the “Policies and Procedures for the Sports Complex” as well as the foregoing, I voluntarily agree to these terms.
